A/C System Test Bench

Since 2008 year, our OE customers need more and more, better and better development of TXV. So we tried to build up the A/C System Test Bench to simulate the actual complete vehicle A/C system. This method can help us to make the TXV optimization technique. We are continuously improving this method and will setup the all-weather test bench for kinds of refrigerant like CO2, R134a etc. in the A/C loop. This method not only enhances our TXV performance, but also can absorb the A/C technology and experience. We’ll be becoming a reliable part to be our customers and can provide some suggestive advice.
Main missions on this test bench:
•Test TXV performance to match into the A/C system.
•Analyze the weak points or failure in the A/C loop.
•In Comparison with the different kinds of TXV.
•Simulation of faults occurring in the field and development for corrective actions.
•Check performance / performance of an a/c system for refrigeration
